Receiving an error trying to login "An Unknown Error Occurred"
This means that either your username or password is incorrect. You can retrieve your username and a link to reset your password by going here and entering your email address. If you're logging in for the first time using a temporary password, try copying and pasting the password directly from the email. Sometimes it can be difficult to tell the difference between a lower case "L" and an uppercase "i" or zeros and the letter 'O'!
Purchased VetFolio or Fear Free but Getting an "Upgrade" message
If you were logged in with a free account when you made your purchase you may need to log out and log back in or try clearing your cache. The website may be storing the cookie from your 'free' account access still. If this still doesn't work, contact us below!
Nothing Happens When Clicking 'Take the Course'
This is almost always a Browser/Java issue. Make sure you have Java downloaded and enabled on your browser, and if all else fails, switching browsers may help.
I've Passed the Course but Can't get the CE Credit
If you've successfully completed a quiz - make sure you close out of the course window (a pop-up window) and allow the background page to refresh completely - bringing you back to the "My Classroom" page - before closing out of anything else. If you close out of the background window too quickly it will not allow the course to refresh properly and log your completion status. You can try retaking the quiz (you will not need to rewatch the lecture) and allowing the page to refresh and bring you back to your Classroom where you should see the option to Submit your CE Credit. If that does not work, contact us below!
