Pandora Syndrome in Cats: Diagnosis and Treatment

Pandora syndrome describes an “anxiopathy,” a pathologic condition resulting from anxiety associated with chronic perception of threat. This article suggests provisional criteria for the diagnosis and makes general recommendations for Multimodal Environmental MOdification (MEMO) 1 to increase the patient’s perception of control and reduce its perception of threat.
